Hey guys, Mikkel here,

We live in a world where most things arrive already built, functioning, and waiting for us to use them.

…when you only see the finished project, it is easy to assume everything just “happens”.

You get in the car, start it up and drive it without thinking twice.

You flip open your laptop, and in a split second you have the entire internet at your fingertips.

You go to the grocery store and find an endless selection of ready-to-eat foods.

That is just how modern life works.

We have become accustomed to the finished product and expect reliability and convenience without needing to comprehend what had to happen behind the scenes to make those things possible.

And, like most things, this is true for building fully self-sufficient off-grid communities…

Long before a family or investor ever sees a home rendering, an amenities plan, or an infrastructure layout, years of planning, evaluation, engineering, and problem-solving have already taken place.

Self-sufficient, off-grid living requires a unique and hard-to-come-by combination of natural and geographic elements that make food production realistic, solar power feasible, and water access abundant.

It requires finding the right landscape where privacy does not come at the expense of practicality (or accessibility), so that families who choose to call the community home one day can be removed from the chaos without being cut off from everything that makes daily life work.

...this level of undertaking can hardly be put into words…

This is exactly why I am hosting a special presentation on the 25th of this month to discuss everything that has gone into our expansion plan thus far… and tell you about all the work that lies ahead.

Here are all the details you’ll need to join me live:

Our expansion into Costa Rica is being built on the proven model that was developed around a very specific question:

What would it look like to create a beautiful, modern, self-sufficient community for families who understand that the future will require greater resilience, privacy, independence, and control than a “normal life” can offer?

The Veritas Village community model works because it solves the very real problem for families who want privacy, resilience, beauty, comfort, and community without having to disappear into the middle of nowhere or give up the lifestyle they actually want to live.

The country already has the expat appeal, the climate and the natural beauty; however, we are not simply relying on Costa Rica’s reputation to carry the project.

We have already done the specialized, complex and time-consuming work of identifying the perfect plot of land where Veritas will rise… and invested tens of millions to secure the nearly 150-hectare site.

Just the process of finding the land took immense work and heaps of travel to several South American countries… and when you join me on the 25th, you’ll hear all about what goes into something of this scale and importance.

During the special presentation, you’ll learn about our plans to take Costa Rica's expat potential to the next level for families who want to live on their own terms and without relying on 3rd-party service providers for access to daily essentials like food, water, power, and privacy.

I'll take you behind the scenes of everything that has gone into bringing Veritas to Costa Rica, explain why we chose this location, and show you what comes next. I think you'll come away with a whole new appreciation for what it takes to build a truly self-sufficient community.

Saturday the 25th, at 10am, Panama Time.
